Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Ahmedabad
Present Role Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Reporting Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Provide full administrative and executive support to the MD
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication
- Conduct strong follow-ups on all action items, both internal and external
- Handle office coordination responsibilities as needed
- Assist with documentation, filing, and basic reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate absolute integrity
Skill Set Required:
- Exceptional follow-up skills this is the most important requirement
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Knowledge of shorthand is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Should be honest, reliable, and adaptable
- Willingness to learn and be trained if needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate/ post graduate or relevant secretarial/administrative program
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator
- Preference will be given to candidates with steady career history (not frequent job changes)
Optional points for the JD may be included at the discretion of the hiring team.
- Working hours 9:15 AM 6:45 PM
- Working Days- MONDAY SATURDAY

- Married, preferably with kids (personal responsibilities well-managed in her absence)

- Staying 45 mins travelling time from Ahmedabad office
- There should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
